電子戦用スピナティア。通常の装備換装と異なり、ECCMを施された専用フレームを使用している。通常の電子戦に加え、ハンドガン弾頭に封入したナノマシーンによる侵食型電子兵装『シャーデンフロイデシステム』を使用する。
過剰な装甲はシャーデンフロイデシステムの運用上の必要性から。弾頭に仕込まれたナノマシンが敵機内で増殖し、コクピットを占拠するまで、敵機の近距離からコントロールを行う必要があり、敵の攻撃に身を晒すことになるためである。

肩部の装甲インバネスに装備されたシャーデンフロイデシステム本体と頭部面頬のブレードアンテナ（後頭部のブレードアンテナは通常の電子戦用でありシャーデンフロイデシステムは使用していない。）、ナノマシンバレットからなる接触式電子兵装。
対象にナノマシンを打ち込むことでコントロール系を侵食、着弾部の機能不全、全体の作動不良を経て操作系を掌握し、支配下に置く。

フライトユニット装備したシャーデンフロイデ。フライトユニットは収納時はスカートアーマーとして機能する。

7号機フレーム／Unit 7 frame: 頭部ブレードアンテナがついたシャーデンフロイデシステム対応型。フレームレベルでECCMが施されている。
Compatible with the Schadenfreude system with a head blade antenna. ECCM is applied at the frame level.

フライトユニットの装着／Installation of flight unit: 他の【F’】と異なり、装着位置は腰部背面。
Unlike other [F’], the mounting position is on the back of the waist.

下半身装甲の装着／Lower body armor: 脛部のブースターもこの時点で装着される。

胸部装甲の装着／Wearing chest armor: 胸部前面と背面の装甲を装着。
背面装甲はブレードアンテナを挟む形で2重構造となっている。

E.S.M.装甲『装甲旗袍』を装備した状態。写真ではシャーデンフロイトシステムが外された通常の電子戦装備となっている。頭部装甲もナノマシンコントロール用の前部ブレードアンテナの無い面頬を装備している。シャーデンフロイドシステムとの同時装備も可能。
