スピナティオを戦場に即時投入することを目指したF型と異なり、空中戦闘を意識した設計となっている。
F型との混成編隊運用では、空中では護衛、陸戦では援護を担当する。

従来のF型に比べ、一般的な航空機に近いフォルムとなっている。出力の高さから、空中での戦闘能力も一般的な戦闘機を上回る。また、ステルス性も高い。
